Can guests check in early or check out late?
We can’t guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but guests are welcome to request either – we’ll do our best to accommodate. If you plan to use a guest room as a get-ready room, the only way to guarantee early access is to reserve it for the night prior.

How far in advance should we book a room block for our wedding?
We recommend reaching out no more than one year in advance and no less than three months before your event.

How many rooms can we reserve in a wedding room block at The Tillary?
At The Tillary Brooklyn, we offer two types of room blocks: courtesy blocks and attrition blocks.
- Courtesy blocks include up to 15 guest rooms. You are not financially responsible for any unbooked rooms. The block includes a 45-day cut-off date—any rooms not reserved by then will be released back into general inventory.
- Attrition blocks apply to groups of 16 or more rooms. These blocks do come with financial responsibility: you must pick up at least 80% of the reserved rooms to avoid penalties. For example, if only 70% of the block is booked, you’ll be financially responsible for the remaining 10%. The cutoff date for attrition blocks is 30 days prior to arrival.

Is parking available for wedding guests?
Yes – limited on-site valet parking is available in our secure garage. Rates are:
- $65 per night (plus tax and service charge) – Monday through Sunday
All rates include in-and-out privileges. Contact our team in advance to make arrangements.

Is there a discount for booking a wedding room block?
Yes! A discounted rate will be extended to all guests staying within your group block.
